During your No sweat intro you’ll meet with our friendly staff for a private 30-minute chat to discuss your goals and needs. No sales pressure, just a chance to see how CrossFit Vantage can help you. From there we can schedule a trial class or get you set up for our Foundations program! Schedule below
STEP 2: SIGN UP FOR THE FOUNDATIONS PROGRAM
Everyone is introduced into the CrossFit world by learning the basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout mobility & warm ups and exercises before participating in regular group classes. This is through our Foundations Program.
Private Foundations program:
This program includes up to 5 comprehensive personal Training sessions are done one on one with a Coach around your schedule. You will talk about goal setting, progress tracking, the correct form for basic, functional CrossFit movements, and slowly work up to increase your level of intensity.
STEP 3. NOW YOUR READY TO JOIN GROUP CLASSES
After completing the Foundations Program you’re set to join Vantage with a monthly membership and attend group classes. Remember what it felt like to be part of a team? What to expect in your trial:
There is no better way to see what we do than to come experience it. In your 1 hour class, your coach will talk to you about your goals, past exercise experience and help design the workout just for your needs. He or she will give you personal attention and coach you through the entire hour so you can get a taste of what a workout is like and what we do on a daily basis.
