Everyone is introduced into the CrossFit world by learning the basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout mobility & warm ups and exercises before participating in regular group classes. This is through our Foundations Program.
Private Foundations program:
CrossFit Vantage offers a unique Foundations Program and includes up to 5 comprehensive personal training sessions done one on one with a Coach around your schedule. You will talk about goal setting, progress tracking, the correct form for basic, functional CrossFit movements, and slowly work up to increase your level of intensity.
