Group training is the primary program at CrossFit Vantage. In our one-hour group CrossFit classes, participants will be lead by our expert coaches through multiple phases of fitness.   See our Group Schedule for specific class times.

Our private training sessions incorporate the same CrossFit exercises and methods found in the Group Training but we tailor each session to individual needs, rather than to our community as a whole.

Our Nutrition program (like our CrossFit and Personal Training Programs) combines behavioral change with achievement to create habits that will last a LIFETIME. No shakes, no short-term.

We offer a complimentary class to the Community- If your a member- grab a friend or family member to join in and Share the Love! If you’ve been thinking about coming by and wanted to see what it’s all about- this is a fun class to come to and get a sample of what we do here.

Our mission for Wellness & Goals Coaching program: To help our members realize, work towards and achieve their physical goals/performance goals (Double unders, Pull ups, weight loss) and improve the lives of our community consistently throughout their fitness journey!

Barbell club is for ANYONE looking to gain strength!  Gain lean muscle, increase strength, and improve efficiency of movement in complex lifts like the Snatch and Clean and Jerk.
